Third and Fourth class are delighted at being selected as one of the TOP THREE projects in the Senior category for their Moo Crew Project. This involved taking part in lessons about dairy products, history of farming, cheese-making and the importance of a balanced diet. The class worked hard on posters, poems, a song and drama based on dairy products. We also made smoothies and wrote a report on everything we had done. This was a very enjoyable and educational experience. We are now looking forward to 20th June when we are being rewarded with a trip to Airfield Farm in Dublin where we will get a farm tour, a training session with Derval O’Rourke and we will be presented with our prize of a sports voucher for our school.
